2.5" back to 3" Greddy Exhaust. I may switch to 3" after it clear the subframe and everything in the future, but for right now I have the 2.5" on hand and the welding material for it.

And you're saying there is no room to put a 3" vband on the header itself? I might need to see a picture to see how close it is to the steering shaft like youre saying.

I'll get the tape measure out and try and get better pictures if weather permits. If not, it may be tomorrow before I can get under the car.

edit: To clarify, Passenger side can fit whatever you want. TONS of room. The way the driver side header exits, it is extremely tight and not even enough space for a smooth 2.5" bend without a weird bend. I'll probably just get a video to try and show it better.

I'm wondering if this is a better option

You can either have 1 7/8 and 2.5" collector or 1 3/4 and 3" collector with possibly no fitment issues as we all know corvettes have little to no room.

and it looks like you wouldn't have any issues with plug wires on the C6 blackhearts.

Yes I think those would be a good set to go with.

Storming so I only got a little bit done last night. Wrapped the passenger side manifold. That was a nightmare. Assembled the fuel rails, and the pressure regulator.

Well after drawing up a template for the Clutch Master adapter, I went ahead and ordered the Rywire one. Looked close enough to me and a few friends I trust. Guess we will find out here in a bit.

If it doesn't fit just right you can machine aluminum with a router. I made a adapter for a Wilwood master cylinder for my FRS to get rid of the power brakes.

That was the plan. Slot the holes a bit if it doesn't fit. If it isn't anywhere close, I will just have a friend machine one up. How does the car do without the booster?

@Amir Ghadiri's car was used to design the CX racing kit, perhaps he could clarify about the swaybar fitment?

This is the only picture I could find on his journal that shows the swaybar..
