spark plugs

hi
have found 2 different genuine spark plugs for our cars
what are the differences?
22401AA800 and 22401AA801

801 is what I ordered when I did them, but the product description says it's the same part. However the sample picture in 800 isn't our spark plug lol. Who knows if it's just a clerical error or not.

the coils also has 2 versions
22433AA650 and 22433AA652
