My friend finally let me drive his S2000 and man, I love his clutch. The grab point is a lot lower and I never stalled once. I can easily do hill starts compared to my BRZ where I spend a little more time finding that grab point. And the clutch is a little harder which I like.

If I was to upgrade my clutch with a JRSC what would you recommend CSG Mike because I won't be getting a clutch upgrade until I get my JRSC kit.

You guys should try adjusting your clutch pedal, it's very simple to do.

Thanks @Dezoris @CSG Mike @Sideways&Smiling for all the input.

Dezoris' videos especially put me over the top and made me stay in the used car market - I have yet to buy a new car in my 15+ years of driving.

Sideways: Is your name Sideways at the S2ki forums?

Great choice! The s2000 is a far better car in terms of fun to drive. The engine & transmission are on a whole other level

Ya, the F22C1 engine was insane and such a pleasure to drive. It reminded me a lot of the same things I loved about my first car: 1987 MR2. Say what you want about the 4AGE but I loved revving the piss out of that car and took every opportunity to do so.

The F22C1 makes me feel the same way except now I have a convertible for great weather season and it's not falling apart thanks to rust.

I am looking forward to driving her on a nice long cruise.

Already did so - went through the "I'm now own a S2k - what do I do now?" thread and am going for a full fluid job as recommended tomorrow.

I drove 150km today and I am absolutely in love with the car. Thanks for all the help guys.

I've been looking at CSG's stuff for sure but at the moment, do not intend on modding - this car was damn near perfect from Honda in stock form. I love it a lot!

I think you need a ride in a CSG set up S2k.

I'm not talking crazy mods, just small things to further enhance what you already have from the factory.

On an s2k, what do you recommend for suspension for a mostly street car that sees frequent autocross that isn't going to break the bank.. My front shocks are leaking so I'm thinking of getting all new coilovers and maybe lowering the car a tad (.5-1in).

Square tires, proper alignment (camber modifiers), brake pads, and you're good to go.
