On Sunday, Kevin Schweigert absolutely obliterated his previous FI and Overall Chassis Record at Thunderhill East(Bypass) by over 5 Seconds. His new 1:53.354 took him from just under sub-2 to deep into the 50s. His development as a driver and the subsequent modifications to the car have proven that this chassis isn't done being figured out and I cant wait to see where he goes from here! check out the lap:

I had to up my game a bit and take my NA record back.lol. Please see attached video as documentation. This may be my last non aero run. I am working on some downforce for the future. I am very interested to see what speed can be found.

Got it added! I always love videos of the gorgeous Barber! You'll have to show me the ropes there. I'm moving back to Nashville in April!

You will love the track. It is now freshly paved and smooth as glass. Good grip and very low tire wear. I should be at the JTI event this summer work permitting. Come by the Old School Bus when you get a chance.

No motor swap needed to go sub 1:40's in an FRS. Here's quali from this past weekend. I actually got held up on my fast lap by a few tenths, probably would've been closer to a 1:39.5-ish....also turned a 39.9 race lap, so obviously it can go faster in quali.

Same conditions as last year, actually warmer. Only change from last year is I was able to eek out another 6hp, but I'm still 50lbs heavy over my minimum weight.
Everybody else around me are de-tuned/swaps with flat power and more torque. Speaks volumes about this chassis. The hunt for more power continues.....

I know I wasn’t fast but I didn’t see anything else....Charlotte motorspeedway “roval” no chicanes, 1:34. N/a.

Going back with my supercharger in July so should be interesting.
