Sorry, they are actually ET42, not the ET35 version. I thought I would need 3 or 5 mm spacers for the front, but they fit as-is.

I see. Yeah I would have expected ET42 to be super close to take the risk. But glad they fit for you!

Fun fact: setup clears AP-Racing and RR-Racing BBKs without any modification.

Are there any other suspension mods you had to do?

I recall stumbling upon a site or document that had various tire sizes and the % change to speedometer for the twins. Does anyone have the link to the site or document handy? i tried going through the sticky link and a lot of them are down

Touch of negative camber with camber bolts and rear lca

Needed 5mm spacers up front otherwise it'd hit struts (koni yellow and eibach prokit)

I wanted to keep suspensions stock and the standard 215/45r17 tyre size.
I spent a lot of time browsing various solution and I finally found one that I really like

ProTrack One 17x7.5 ET 35 :

The wheels are strong and light enough (7.6 Kg / 15.4 lbs)

https://protrackwheels.com/en/wheels/one

Used a lot on race BRZ/GT86 and various other cars (including race M3/M4) at the Nürburgring :

Also used on APEX rental BRZ at the Nürburgring (17x9) :
