Im about to change my stock tires for pilot super sports. Is there a reason not to stick to factory specs?

No, assuming you don't have any particular goals or needs. Autox, track days, etc. You might benefit from a shop holding a tighter than factory tolerance, but the target numbers themselves can stay the same.

Stock only has adjustable toe. So unless you buy parts like front crash bolts or rear lower control arms, toe is all you can change.

What do you mean by tighter factory tolerance? What is a good range for a somewhat aggressive daily setup?

Tolerance in this context means the allowable deviation from nominal. I believe stock camber for the front is 0°, ±0.5°. So you could ask your installer to get within a few tenths (0.1°-0.3°) of nominal, and you'd have a better starting point. That way when you make a change, you know what you're starting with.

Since you have crash bolts I assume you want to get some negative front camber.

Hard to say without knowing how you'll use the car. If you're doing track/HPDE or autocross, you'll definitely want to max out your front camber (negative).
