I'm still liking the BIN way so...any idea when the BIN files will be released for the 1.5 version? I have a 700c ecu.

Thanks.

Does anyone know why the car doesn't bounce off the redline anymore with the new 1.54 tune? I don't like how it just sits at 7400.

I believe this is by design ,soft rev limiter feature. As opposed to face in the dash cut out.

Why would you want it to bounce if the limiter? That's a good way to destabilize the car if it happens mid corner.

I having same issue like jflogerzi, which i had uploaded dev.file into the OFT. Read the ECU. OFT appeared "generate a tuning file" but the 'write' option is grayed.

I had flash my ECU back to original map before I erase all data in the OFT.

I love the softer rev limit, but I changed the gap to 100rpm instead of 50rpm because it is enough of a difference to know you hit it. There were times where I was on the limiter and didin't realize it because I was part throttle.

Flash back to stock rom. Then Read the ECU from your car. Take OFT back to your computer and save the stock rom from OFT Manager onto computer and email it to Shiv. He will add it to the database and then he will send you a new .dev file. upload this to the OFT. After this read the ECU one more time and you should now have the write option and enjoy your new tune.

I have scheduled a dealer visit next month. Should I ask them to update to the latest stock ROM available? What is the current latest cal ID for 700G?

I had to print out the RPM drop TSB to get the dealer to flash my ECU.. Keep in mind I actually had the RPM drop issue. They could never recreate the issue. I had to show them the print out before they did anything.
