They probably only made three! Explains both the price and how they are sold out.

sure don't help matters to 'force' an entire generation to go to college, while inflating housing, food, and clothes cost more, then try to complain when they say they need to make more than a 30-year stagnated wage...

Who the fuck uses "caveat" in normal chit-chat? I feel like there are simpler word to used in chit-chat than "caveat"... If was work meeting and other business stuff, sure~ but we were talking about ramen and pho!

So, you are saying that there are certain caveats to using the word caveat in casual conversation. Got it!

I had a vested interest in kids going to college. The were the key to most of our jobs. That said, therre were a number that were ill prepared and/or really didn't want to be there. Freshman retention rates at middle tier public universities are depressing. 4 and 5 year graduation rates are worse.

The obsession with STEM made the situation worse still. What jobs is a young man or woman with an undergraduate degree in math, or physics, or geology qualified for? Most of them never learned to put three sentences together in a paragraph, their reading skills tend to be weak and they flounder. The first two often wind up teaching school, the geologists are anybody's guess. But, by George we increased our STEM enrollments.

When we’re discussing food like ramen & pho, not sure “caveat” is a right word in that discussion… or I just don’t like my new Assistant Director. One or the other

some people just get on the nerves..

newest guy is still too wordy for me.

"thank you for showing me how to do that."

"that was my mistake for doing it incorrectly."

[carefully explain the process i want him to follow]"ok, so you want me to (re-explains the process i just explained to him)" [and then he just does it his way]

literally the course of the 'conversation' every hour, all day...

So one of the things I've decided to do with my time currently off is write an iPhone app. I did it a single time when I was in high school and apps were just becoming a thing.

So this is my first time getting back into it with professional experience under my belt and I figured why not.

The app I've been kinda designing this past week is gonna be a sort of drive journal.

I'll have more details eventually but basically an app for recording drives. Meant for spirited driving / backroads but could also be theoretically be used for track days, autox, road trips, etc.

Not a GPS app but more like those apps some joggers / cyclists use to record the routes and stuff they go on when they're jogging or cycling on public roads.

Don’t think he said it. Co-worker & I were talking bout how I crave ramen in the winter time. While she said, she’s same except she crave pho… then suddenly from no where, dbag came & stated along the line of “they’re tasty, but caveat of high sodium… blah blah blah” I’m like no shit! Thank you for the enlightenment. We Asian had ramen & pho for few centuries, while this Murican who found out about ramen & pho decade ago is teaching us about Asian food.

This is how Uncle Ronger felt, when he saw BBC cooking show about fried rice…
