Ontario (GTA) '15 Pricing?
Hey everyone,
I have been looking into a BRZ for a while now, and was just wondering if anyone would be willing to share what they paid for their BRZ in the Ontario (specifically GTA) area. I have been to a couple dealerships and basically have just been quoted MSRP for a '15. I am specifically looking at the Sport-Tech or maybe the Aozora depending on the deal I can get. I see all the time on here people getting them for way cheaper in the US, but it doesn't really seem like the dealers here in Canada are willing to play ball quite as much. Any help is greatly appreciated, can't wait to get one |

I got mine ('14) through a car broker, probably your better bet compare to going to a dealership. Then again not sure how much of a difference you'll see with the '15. I'm sure someone else can help.

I was turned on to easycardiscount.com and it seems to be a good service. You have to be ready to buy though before you get any numbers so its hard to judge how good a deal it will be. All the same, I am going to try that in addition to dealerships

IIRC they were $3000 under MSRP last year in the winter, so if you can wait three or four months it might be worth it.

Does TrueCar operate up there? If so, this service allows you to view the bottom line prices from all dealers in your area.
Only thing I ask, as a dealer employee, is to not submit the quotes to the individual dealers. A, you'll get inundated with a lot of phone calls and emails. B, if we're already losing money on the deal (which we are at TrueCar prices), it saves us from having to pay them $400 for the opportunity to lose money. Your dealer will love you, and make it up to you in some way! |
