Get a dishwasher. Only thing wrong with mine is that it won't get on a plane.

Didn't take pictures (should have) but we broke in the new Solo outdoor gas Brick Pizza Oven I got for Christmas. Made several Pepperoni/Kielbasa/banana pepper/jalapeno pizzas with light sauce and lots of cheese. The crust got a little crispy but for a first attempt they were very good.

I did ruin one because I didn't realize the premade pizza crust at the bottom of the pack had a thin paper support underneath it. Had to pull that pizza out and let the paper burn itself off. By that time it was too late to recover.

The premade crust worked well and was great but I do want to make my own crust in the future. One step at a time....

Sounds good. I just bought some pizza flour. Going to try to make my favorite pizza from back home: a Gilroy Garlic pizza.

The sauce is ranch dressing and chopped garlic. Then cheese, mushrooms, pepperoni and sausage. When it comes out of the oven you top it with fresh tomato slices and green onions.

A few times in the early years. After it really grew, and they moved it to the dustiest, most tree less, hottest place on earth, we stopped going.

Btw, garlic ice cream is disgusting.
