Yes that's more than likely why. I just installed my HKS Headers on my JDM Toyota 86, with the HKS Flash Editor and it tuned it perfectly. But thats because it's JDM. The FE won't be able to tune your Car but Open Flash Tablet or Ecutek should work since those tuners support your American version FRS.

So, I did it. Pulled the trigger on this 2017 with <30k mi. Probably overpaid a little, but its a 6 speed and red and in near perfect condition. Came with a Borla axleback which is a tad loud for my taste (its pretty tho), but otherwise its perfect.

I'd like to SC at some point, but that will probably be a year off at least. In the meantime, is Open Flash Tablet with a tune for stock to help the 4k dip a good idea?

Try it now? You should see a "Thanks" button next to the quote button below each post once you have enough posts. I thought the number was 10, but you might need a few more if it doesn't show up.

Be advised that like any forum there are scammers lurking and waiting for just such a request. Be wary of anybody with no post history that suddenly messages you and says they have exactly what you want. Odds are it is a scammer.

Brz fender
Was able to tell immediately When he started asking for payment before even showing me the part.
