For normal driving, I don't see how it could possibly help.
well, about that...

The questions will be much more repetitive as more and more 2013's drop below $10k private party.

Where did you find this? I've used the file shared by canyons in this thread. But it didn't quite line up.

Ordered this one off of etsy:

https://www.etsy.com/listing/8980363..._id=2843243991

Dimensions were the same so I gave it a shot. The seller was able to include a sticker based on the BRZ fuse diagram.

That looks like a nice position for a phone mount. Why is everyone having so much trouble finding a good spot?
(I don't have my car yet, so in all fairness, I can't say much yet)

That's a vent mount. It works fine, assuming you want to give up a vent.

The hard part with other mounts is that there are no really good flat spots for suction/adhesive mounts. The surfaces are either curved and/or pebbled.

That said, I have a Scoshe mount coming that I'm going to give a shot.

Does it suction to the dash? Or did you need some sort of adhesive/double faced tape? (I don't have the car yet, so I can't look closely to see if my question makes sense)
