Designed for a stock turbo, you'll just need wider wheels, more tire, a stronger frame, larger brakes, beefier driveshaft, beefier transmission, beefier half shafts, stronger fueling throughout, and a larger intake. Then when you add in the weight of the turbo and intercooler plus additional water cooling. So 3000 actual lbs will be pretty easily exceeded. And that's assuming you only go for maybe ~250 HP. Because if you go above that, the torque is going to require even more beefing up and more weight to meet OEM quality standards.
The i4 Supra is less than 3200 lbs. Get one of those. Or if you really wanna whine about altitude, get an EV.
