Best Steering Wheel Column for Feel - Rake and Reach

As our steering column adjusts for rake and reach, what position is going to give you the best steering feel given the various joints and interconnections? I would think what ever position locks the joints in their stiffest position, but I'm not sure from a rake perspective if that is the column fully down or fully up.

Someone had a graphic I believe from Porsche that walked you through how to setup the correct position. I can't find it now. I did find this write up though which is a great walkthrough.
