OH MY GOD!!!

Someone on the manufacturing side of these kits actually posted, and then answered questions! This is a VAST improvement in communications already.

Can you tell us what is different about the 210+? There's been some talk about it being a coating added to the rotors, but that doesn't seem right to me. As I understood it, the max sustainable rpm of the 210+ is increased, which to me means the critical speed of the shafts must be increased. That requires either reduced weight or a stiffer material. Or both. So, can you shed some light on to this for us?

Oh, and welcome to the board.

It is a coating on the rotors which completely seals the rotors enabling them to be more efficient by pumping more air from what I've heard.

The limitation of the rotors in the 210 is the heat, the coating allows a smaller pulleys to be run with more boots without heat detriment to the rotors.

Also excellent Sprintex has finally joined us

Bearings and oil cooling could be an issue too.

Possibly, that being said Mark has said to me and a few others that we should be able to just swap the rotors into the 210 housing.

I think the big question here is this:

At what pulley size does the 210 leave off and a 210+ be considered?

I've been lurking for a little while, rescuing folks who needed parts . PR was Innovate's deal, so we just kept quiet and let them run with it. We have no hard feelings towards them. It's just a good time to pipe up and say "Hi".

We're looking at two standard pulleys, 75mm(non-ic) and the 69mm (ic). CARB approval depends on the tune, which the last I heard is still in Bill's corner. The systems just arrived here recently, so I'm still getting up to speed on the details. We have a whole lot of nice new things coming about.

Yes, the +plus upgrade is a conformable coating on the rotors. I don't have any data on the conformable coating in-hand, so I can't answer many questions about it. It does allow for better breathing from the same unit, providing a "zero tolerance" of sorts between the rotors themselves and the housing. I have no idea what the new max rpm is, but can find out. Bearings and seals do more to determine allowable speed than the rotors themselves. Reducing operating temperatures does let you spin the blower at a more sustained RPM. There's only so much the 210 can do even with the conformable coating, that's why there's the 335 option. The 335 will also have the conformable rotor option when it comes available. We don't sell a "huge rush of top end power" like a turbo or a centrifugal blower; We sell a huge rush to GET TO the top end! The 210 system was aimed at those who love to drive their cars. Racers will make much better use of the 335, IMO. Conformable rotors are a nice added bonus to both.

I've said this a lot, that supply chain management is the 1,000lb gorilla in the room and it's true. I'm just happy to have added staff and more help in growing the company now .

Will the 335 kit require an additional upgrades that aren't already included?

The stock engine should be fine for the 210+ but you would need a built motor for the 335.

@SprintexUSA - will there be any kind of warranty setup for those who have the crappy batch of bolts and would like the new ones? I had a few break on me but had a ton of extra from when I purchased the intercooler...but would be sweet if I could get my hands on the new bolts so I don't have to worry about it again. I have to pull the elbow off the rear of my charger to get to something back there and it would be a good time to swap out some of the bolts that are in the hard to reach areas, especially in the back.

I haven't checked into this thread for a long time, but someone posted up a dyno of the 335 on a built motor with 10.5CR. I believe it is the same guy who blew his stock motor when he bolted on the 335. Just thought I would share. Name: uploadfromtaptalk1410443343986.jpg
