TIL that our sales manager needs to ask me questions before answering a customer, not after. What a shit show.

Customer: Can we go to a brushless DC motor on that instead of brushed DC. I think it would be better.
Sales Manager: I don't see why not.

Brushless motors have to be cleaned more often. It can be a hassle.

We are not even running any type of controller for our brushed 24v setup. Just a hall effect sensor for input switching a 24V relay.

i once had a salesperson that constantly sold 'license plate identification cameras' for $150 each, installed.

he got offended when i laughed in has face, and told him if he could could read a license plate at 50' with a $150 camera, there's a dozen manufacturers that would pay to know how he did it.
