Around 5:25 saw a red lowered FRS getting off the 401 at Salem and turned east onto hwy 2. I was in a BMW so wouldn't have noticed me. Also had some small decal on the rear window on the bottom driver side.

I am giving up hope to spot someone who is on this forum. Saw a white FRS this morning with a plate relocate to the right side near eglinton and midland, by a Subaru dealership... I high beam flashed, no response...

Spotted a great looking white "easy" BRZ with relocated front plate this morning going southbound on Woodbine just above 16th ave. Looks as if they work a block from me. I was in my red Outlander so I didn't wave.

This is standard procedure. You report a claim to your own insurance, they pay for everything and then it's on them to deal with the other party's (-ies') insurance company. Saves you a lot of hassles. If you're not at fault, I believe they refund your deductible, or you don't have to pay it at all.

I wonder if you just 100% didn't see me at all. If it was you you were headed eastbound this morning on eglinton?

Possible. I turned off on Brimley.

I guess I should also ask what time this was at. I didn't leave the house until like 1130 today.
