Sorry you weren't able to make it @, it was a fun day, maybe next time?

Glad to see a couple other 86s out there, @ and Aaron from KC.

If anyone is interested, here is my best clean run from Sunday. Put me 2nd overall in PAX and pretty close to first so I was decently happy with it:

Just picked a CWP BRZ series.blue last week. Also I was out the other day in my other car and ran into a white BRZ with 60 day tags. This guy seemed like a really big douche. He was speeding down the street, I caught him at the light and we slowly take off then I hear him get in the throttle and let off because a cop was coming in the other direction. I hope there's not a lot of people like this in town.

I have also been to the autocross events in my 240 but have never done well due to understeer. I think I'll let that car do the drifting and try the BRZ in a autocross.

Hope to see you out at some autocrosses then!

Blacktop Nationals is this weekend by the way. They are running an informal autocross down at the Kansas Star Casino Saturday and Sunday. I will be helping work it Saturday morning but probably won't run my car since I am heading up to SCCA Solo Nationals in just over a week. You guys should try to make it out though! Great way to see what you think of it in a bit more of a casual setting.

I made it out to Kansas Star today for the autocross did anyone else drive the course? I found the course a little short. After the first slalom I found my self hitting redline, while I talked to a few people who stayed in 1st till the end straight. I know that slowed me because I didn't want to shift. I only made 3 runs so was mostly getting a nice feel for the car with all traction control off all runs.

I only worked it, didn't drive. Looked like a fun course but more power oriented with the tight turns followed by acceleration zones. Our local events run quite a bit higher speeds on average. Definitely worth making the drive out to Yoder.

Sounds like me, still working things out with subaru. Had a little bump on my bumper that started to spider web the paint. Got it back last week from them taking it to the bodyshop, and I had almost another 100 miles and went from half tank to just above empty. Also had a bit of a gap between bumper/fender which I fixed. Really not a good experience so far and not even breaking 600 miles yet.
