Your most fortunate, When Beaver Toyota had my Emma the Master Tech left belt buckle marks all over my car, and hit the left front on the lift. They did fix it, but the repair shop had it for 2 days short of a month.
And even then the front area was a different shade of Hot Lava

This is what I'm afraid of... I'll see what they say. Maybe just a paint pen would do it.

You really can't beat them. The price seems high but it's worth every penny and very easy to apply.

In fact I need to order some already. My BRZ doesn't even have 500 miles on it and I already have two nice size chips on the hood. Damn cheap ass paint and stone covered winter roads don't mix with cars.

So the service manager took a look and said they'd have the area painted, took it to their body shop and gave me a rental. I'll post a pic when I get it back.

The rental is a new carolla. Its a nice car but man, makes you appreciate the FR-S.

Chips like that are usually easy to fix up with a paint pen from the dealer - just read up on it by googling and take your time. But in this case if the dealer acknowledges they did it and are fixing it.. thats great! Often its really hard to get the shop to acknowledge they did it.

Yeah I got a loaner car from subaru when they mounted my plates and did the tinting. It was a brand new (30 miles only) Impreza - I left that impreza happier than ever I bought a BRZ LOL

I have the same chip but on the passenger side, mines a rock chip, just order some touch up paint and buy a small brush that comes to a fine point to fill it in with NEVER use the brush that the touch-up paint comes with it's useless.
