I do have a Audi RS4 V8 thats the most powerful car I owned but the most powerful car I driven was my room mate back in college years a Supra mk4 800whp, dyno tuning that thing 3 people needed to hop on the back trunk just so it wont jump out the dyno machine, I got a ticket going pass 100mph on 5 south going to SF to SD @ 1am.

I've driven a 300c SRT8. Nothing to fancy but it did have some major power. I once worked for Chrysler and had to drive them from time to time. I recently owned a Porsche 944 Turbo S with a few mods. It didn't have as much power as the 300 but it was a bit quicker. The 944 was much lighter then the 300 and it definitely showed.

2008 SRT-10 Viper (the year they upped it to 600bhp)
First gear in that car was absolutely terrifying... I also got a chance to drive a 6 speed regular cab SRT-10 Ram (510bhp), but it felt slow as balls compared to the Viper.

My mates very modded approx 900 Bhp (At the wheels) Supra! We were at a car show and he broke his Right ankle, I got to drive back, from the south of France to Nottingham in the UK....
It didn't take long, and we were happy it had a 120litre fuel tank installed for the run Still happy I didn't pay for the fuel, because we were moving! Of my own cars though, the most powerful has been a 440 Bhp Celica GT-Four (ST205) That was more fun infact.... as 190+mph in the Supra was a little, ummm.... interesting the Celica topped out at about 160-170 and felt a lot less twitchy in the corners. Spent some time on a Hayabusa, now that did give a few Brown Trouser moments! Stupid car drivers, I decided only ever to do bikes on a track since then! |
