Why not just buy on ebay? I ordered some from this store http://stores.ebay.ca/dtautotech/ and it shipped here within a week... Fastest shipping ever.

HID powerhouse is another good spot. I've ordered from them in the past. A little bit pricey, but very quality. They're a vendor on here, but I can't recall their handle.
