Yes, this will eventually happen with anodized pulleys. Nothing major to worry about.

Thanks NST for a great product

Finally got the chance to install the crank pulley , water pump and gates blue belt this past weekend
Didn't have an impact gun so I'll do the alternator later

1st thing I notice is its easier getting off the line and be in my ESC rpm range " 3k+ "
Launching it and activating the ESC is much easier on 1st gear now and It seems like I was able to shave about 0.3+/- 0-60 mph. My previous best is 6.2

Then when I turned off my radio I started to hear a whine that's sounds like a sc whine and my ESC doesn't produce that sound before the pulley install. It's most noticeable on 1st 2nd and 3rd gear then after that its very fient
I've check every thing and can't find anything wrong with the install. No leaks no wobble

I wonder if anyone getting that sc whine

Mine makes exactly the same sound. Nothing seems to be wrong.

Ask in your local forum. Somebody might be willing to lend you one.

It seems unlikely, but might work if you're using an impact wrench. it's on there really good. I believe the torque spec is somewhere in the neighborhood of 95(?) ft*lb. Make sure you keep track of the little rubber o-ring that might stick to the back of the stock pulley.

you haven't asked in your local forum yet to see if anyone has the tool. Go do that right now. Barring this, you can buy one for a few bucks, or make one, if you're crafty.

@RallySport Direct Sells them for $45 on their site

If you ask nice, they might get you a better deal.
