Did I or did I not quite plot twist? You’re expecting some normal shit after reading that?

Worked on a new filter system for my pond. I have a lot of fish so figured I had best go catless.

Your garage appears to be growing some Christmas light weeds. Better be careful, that stuff spreads faster than ivy on a brick wall

Sink grids/grates are supposed to reduce scratches, improve drainage, and reduce noise from pots and pans. So far, I'm not sure I care for it. Silverware becomes trapped if set down wrong and it's just another thing to keep clean.

Got artificial turf installed in front & back yard. Love the feel. No more mowing. Save me on water bill.

Can I ask what size your yard is and what you paid? I've thought a LOT about this but never looked into the details. How does drainage work?

I love that look. Unfortunately where I live it would cost more than a medical degree to do my whole yard.

WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR HOME TODAY?

Don’t fall off the chair. It was give or take about 1,200sq/ft & we paid fraction short of $24,000. That include cutting the tree down, clear all the grass & so forth. Yes that’s A LOT of money, but they left a ton of unused turf (cuz we bought the roll so it’s ours or they’ll just bring back w em) & I gonna sell most of several of em. Hope to make $600~$1,000 back.

Oh trust me, I’m librarian, so don’t make much. Money came from selling previous home. It was VERY hard pill to swallow. But looks better than this… but of course that photo was taken after deciding to get a turf & havent water over 2 wks lol
