BRZ 6AT - "click" on hard acceleration

Sometimes when I accelerate aggressively from about 40mph, I'll hear a single "click" sound. It's hard to explain where from and it's only about 10% of the time. Has anyone ever heard this?

I hear it all the time when I accelerate. Even under 40mph I think it's normal.

Its the sound of a Prius passing you.

Hmm, are there mounts for the AT trans? Inserts or something like it from whiteline?

Sounds like an axel going bad. I had my drivers side axel go out at 15k miles and now my passenger axel is doing the same at 35k miles. Search for axel clicking for more info.

Yeah, I actually have the Whiteline insert, but I've been hearing this since before I installed it.

I don't think it's an axle, as I haven't heard anything from the rear and it's been about 10k miles since I first heard it. If it was something breaking, it probably would've gone by now, especially after two autox events and weekly mountain drives. I'm gonna assume it's just the normal sound of the torque converter under load.
