I haven't driven in 5 weeks! I bought a house that I have been continuously working on. So my 2001 Tundra has been my vehicle of choice for all of the home improvement store and scrap yard trips. I did manage to squeak away from the house to attend a car show.

@BDotG I bolted them on so I can remove them to compete in STX auto cross regulations. Also because I don't think they would fare well against a cone if one were to jump out at me.

Sorry for all the questions, but I just ordered mine, what size bolts did you use? Just so I can pick them up before they arrive. Also, we need more pics of your gorgeous car!

Sorry, I don't remember. I do remember drilling the holes out a little though.

I haven't driven her at all for a few months now. I bought a house and sometimes I forget I even own the car. lol. Believe it or not, the dpw already salted the roads here in central NY so shes at my shop for the winter. Sorry, no more nice pics till spring.

When I can finally pry myself away from the house i will be gutting every interior piece behind the doors. I will only be using the car for autox, track days and occasional weekend drives/car shows. No more daily duty.

Winter sucks! Sounds like a sweet plan though!
Can I call dibs on your interior trim pieces if you decide to sell them? :p

Video of one run at Watkins Glen in April of 2015. The Guy in the Porsche Boxster GTS was a **** and wouldn't let me pass for 3 laps. Enjoy

Some good battles although it looks like your biggest battle is against yourself through those esses. I would love to drive Watkins Glen some day, it's not even very far but I imagine track time is expensive.

Watkins is a little more expensive than the rest (especially when you look at the southern states track day prices.) I think it is usually around $375 for the day. 100% worth it though.

It had rained earlier that morning and an FRS driver had smacked the wall at the top off the esses the day before. He had to be airlifted and he hurt his back pretty bad. We almost had the exact same car setup. It was eerie how similar our cars were. So I took it easier than I could have. By the end of the day I was full throttle through there.

I've got a few tracks on my bucket list and this one, Laguna Seca and Nurburgring are my top 3 but considering this one is closest and would go over my yearly track budget by itself, it will have to wait.

Yeah those walls do look pretty close. Not a good place to go off and definitely better safe than sorry.

Haha your captions in that video cracked me up. I get annoyed in those situations too. I never understand drivers like that. If there's a car on your rear bumper, that means he's caught up to you and is running faster laps. Cars don't just magically appear on your rear bumper. Less HP, more HP, doesn't matter. Just let him by. At least he lifted after giving you the point-by.

Watkins Glen looks awesome btw. A couple of us have been talking about making the trip up there someday. Those prices are steep though!
