they're just too busy of a wheel design

edit: also why not just buy rpf1's at least you know they are a quality wheel, not some xxr that is going to probably break if you hit something.

Wasn't there some dude on here that turned a set of RPF1's into a real two piece design?

Bead locks have a purpose. Fake bead locks tell the world you don't know what bead locks are.

ETA: Holy shit, these things are 25 lbs. each!

They look good, i am going to stick with the 527 myself but yours are different and its your car so don't worry about what others think.

If these didn't have that lip where the face meets the barrel and were i guess more flush there i would get them. That little lip just bugs me lol.

Not knocking rpf1s they're great! Just saying though

If you go to Enkei official site even they say under the rpf1 section : "REPLICA F1"
When we call wheels "reps" we refer to the fact that they are replicating another company's designs.

Enkei replicating their own design is not what we would refer to as a "rep" wheel.

Also the RPF1's aren't even that much more expensive, and they are far lighter... You're probably gonna spend more in the long run on these heavier fakes due to the significant decrease in gas mileage than if you'd just gotten the lighter RPF1's.

agree with you about spending more... but that's not the point LOL
I was ready to buy RPF1s

but I bought these because I liked the rivet look with the rpf1. I did it for the look. now I would understand your argument if it was an exact replica though.
