I actually used the non acetone nail polish remover to avoid damaging the plastic.

Meh. Well I've tried it with non-acetone nail remover... And I did mess up my radio.

I've been very gentle in the process but still the plastic have reacted before the logo Scion was gone. The plastic was darker, super shiny and have some scrach.

So what I've did: Remove the leftover Scion logo with a quick shot of VHT caliper cleaner (Pure acetone). I did it really quickly and it did not make more damage to the plastic.

Next, I've polish the plastic with Meguiard Scrach X. The result is that I have a "black piano" look on the lower portion of the radio. Scrach are still visible but will do the job for now.

I think If I've used the VHT caliper cleaner at first, the logo would be done really quickly without any damages. Just my thought.

Finaly I've got a really rare version of the 2014-2015 radio...

Black piano version :P

So I've remove the radio from the car and take appart the screen, screen, electronic bord to only have the trim in my hand.

I've polished it with a microfiber and Meguiard Scrach X to match what I've done in the "Pionner - Scion" lower section of the trim.

Took shit load of time but my radio look great now. I'll take a better shot latter.
