Color matched vinyl or Spoiler hole plugs?

Recently the left spoiler base of my OLM nur spec wing came undone and I had to remove it due to leaking. At the moment the holes are covered with clear scotch tape, and due to the car living under a tree I have decided to keep the car spoilerless. Does anyone know where to get K1X color matched car wrap/vinyl that I can cut to size and cover the holes with, or the best option for spoiler hole plugs to prevent leaking?

Some options, listed cheap to expensive

1. Plug the holes, leave the plugs black (trust me, no one but you cares that there are plugs on your trunk)
2. Plug holes + vinyl wrap the whole trunk so you don't have to color match (black or CF will do)
3. Pulg holes + vinyl wrap color match (get samples from metrorestyling.com or another website like that (usually free or $1 each.)
4. Buy a new trunk in K1X or Carbon Fiber (not as expensive at it sounds.)
