Maybe you have a brake caliper sticking on the right side and you don't feel it when the car is under power.

If this is happening, after a few miles on the freeway, if you pull over and feel (very carefully) the calipers, a sticking caliper (pad dragging) should cause that wheel to be warmer.

Your issue screams something to do with the differential to me and this comment sticks out. Compare the wear on the left and right rear tires and see if there is a difference. With a LSD, they need to have similar levels of wear or issues can occur. If they aren't similar, you might want to rotate your front and rear tires so you have similar wear rates on the rear and that might solve your problem. If they are similar, I'd have the car checked out.

No I got a new tire because the car got a big bolt in the sidewall

Make sure the new tire is the exact same size and brand/model as the other tire back there. Even if it is the same tire, there could be enough of a difference in overall diameter between the worn tire and the new tire that it is upsetting things when you let off the gas. Like think of a chair with one short leg...it will "teeter" on 2 of the longer diagonally-opposed legs. Your car is effectively poorly corner-balanced.

Speaking of, do you have coilovers or stiff springs?

There's your problem right there.
The fix is to get another new one. Did the tire guy not tell you this would happen? That's why they want to sell you a pair instead of just one.

Would it still jerk if it's in the rear?

Yes, specifically if it's in the rear. That is where all of the forces from deceleration come from.

Is there a difference between the two tires? You never answered. Same brand/model/size? One worn way down?

Are you running coilovers/springs/stiff suspension of any kind? That will make it worse.

With a limited slip differential it is important to keep two equally used tired in the back, to keep from tearing up the lsd. It's best if you have to replace just one tire to be sure the new one ends up in the front. This difference in size, no matter where it is on the vehicle will not cause a hard jerk on deceleration, it may cause the car to pull to one side but nothing severe

Your new tire will have no wear compared to the existing tire which will have wear. If the existing tire was worn by more than 1/32 difference then you might experience issues due to the slight difference in circumference between the two tires. Note that the manual suggests that if you blow out a rear tire and have to use the spare that the front tire is moved to the rear and the spare is put on the front for this very reason.

I can say that I ran 4/32 on one side and 3/32 on the other with no problem during an autocross event once but I imagine a situation if you're running much more than that like 5/32 one side and 9/32 the other can cause funny lock ups in the diff which is what I think might be happening to you.

Yes. As others said our lsd will kick in when they notice the slight difference.
This could also happen when one rear tire is low on air.

So, it sucks you have to get another tire but that's the only way to fix it. Even if you rotate it to the front, it will pull to side the old tires on.
