Honestly I don't know I threw boxes away. They look like these https://m.pepboys.com/product/details/8560612/00745
Just get few and difference sizes. They are slightly wider than jackson racing ones.
I looked up, people recommend T clamps, but they a bit harder to install specially in hard to reach areas.
Just have few extra in the car just case. I heard some people had issues with clamps around MAF tube so keep an eye on those as well.

So far the clamps around the MAF tube stays on tight.

I was looking at those T-clamps myself. They have this:

Spectre Performance Intake T-Bolt Clamp - 3-Inches

Its available from Pepboys and Autozone. So from what people recommended, I'll be getting a set of new clamps. That T-bolt clamp is 1/2" wide. IIRC, the NORMA 70-90 hose clamp that Jackson Supplies is about 9mm (.35"). I'll see what the mechanic has in mind about the issue. Perhaps adjusting the piping may be in order as well...

So get the beefier clamp(s), then position it closer to the throttle body so the silicone hose does not slip.

Any additional thoughts on the slipping issue?

Will follow up tomorrow.

The belt is totally fine however...no signs of premature wear from the pulley getting scraped.

I'll be sourcing a stock pulley. If anyone can help me finding an OE pulley for the Rotrex blower, that'd be great. Also, thoughts on why the silicone hose slips off? The clamps were properly torqued down (wasn't over torqued so it wasn't damaged).

I am running on the CARB tune.

Just wanted to pick people's brains about this slipping issue. Car goes back to the shop on Tuesday to get looked at.

Thanks!
Had the same thing happen at the track; required a tow to get back to the paddock

Replaced both clamps on that hose since the one near the pulley was almost completely cut by the pulley and the one at the TB end was clearly not keeping the hose from slipping off.

Pretty annoying

The Norma clamps included are the same used by World Endurance Championship racing teams at the 24Hours of Daytona/LeMans etc. We use the same clamps on all our street and race cars. Norma clamps will hold just fine when installed correctly, T-Bolts are not needed and are more trouble.

Remember the Norma clamps will not "click" when tight. When they stop turning, they are tight. Do not over tighten or you will strip the clamp.

As @SPCorBUST said, put the clamp closer to the throttle body lip. Also, make sure the clamp is on the throttle body all the way around.

Opted not to use a t-bolt clamp. The hose clamp was readjusted. After a few pulls, it's holding steady.

Tubing/piping were adjusted.

Just waiting for my replacement pulley from Jackson Racing as well as a replacement 45 degree 2.3-3" silicone hose.

For the time being, no slippage...rubbing...or any visible wear on other components.

Yes, the supplied clamps are fine, if not a bit finicky . On mine, the issue was that the clamp felt tight and didn't seem to want turn any further. Turns out it could be tightened more. I replaced with one that didn't "stick". Guessing it was a manufacturing flaw ..

IMO the clamps with cut slots have a much better feel and aren't as easy to over tighten or strip. Never been a fan of the Norma pressed in grove style

My clamps did the same thing. Went from semi-tight to didnt-want-to-turn-anymore in just a few degrees of rotation. I forced it past that point after contemplating the situation for a bit and sure enough. It tightened down nicely. In my mind it should be a graduated curve of tightness, not a step function like behavior, but apparently these clamps have points where they can hang up as you tighten them.

Anyone know if i have to tune ecu with custom tune. I have headers, front pipe and exhaust, no cats. I'm running carb tune that came with the kit. One of friends mentioned that I have to get custom tune with those mods otherwise it's bad for the car.
Honestly I don't want more hp or boost, im still gettin used to the car with its current set up, i just want to make sure car runs good and it won't have problems with those mods. Also future mods are lightweight pulleys, lightweight driveshaft, flywheel and clutch. Are those mods will require tune as well or nah?
Thanks

If you remove any cats, you need a custom tune.

Yes, you for real need a tune. The carb setup is strictly for a car that is stock+the supercharger.

You absolutely need a tune. The car will run lean if not, and will cause damage in time if not tuned.
