Fuel Pump "Chirping"

Took my 2015 FRS to the Toyota dealer is Kona so the service manager could hear the Fuel pump "chirping" . Had him order a new one in advance of the first service. Had been told this issue was fixed for 2015, but I guess not.
It doesn't affect the performance, but I want the engine to purr, not chirp like a bird!

You're out of luck on that one. After a while the new one will have crickets too.

got them 24/7 crickets after putting in 92 Costco gas, but then I read that people suggested 92 Chevron, been going there even if it's alittle more expensive, it goes off once in awhile but it ain't as crazy as before.

I wouldn't bother. It's not going to fix the issue, and having dealership techs monkeying around in there may cause more problems than it solves.

My solution was to go with a UEL header. Subaru braaaaaap> crickets. Can't hear them anymore!

I went in to Servco last month for my first oil change and they didn't seem to notice the crickets. I didn't point it out to them either as it is such a known issue I figured I would just live with it since there seems to be no real fix.

good note, it does seem more noticeable at 1/4 tank. but other then that it doesn't really bother me, I'll just stick to 92 chevron.

Well I'm gonna let em put a new pump in. I've always used 92 chevron but the chirping is still there. Appreciate all the input!
