Well, not as we know A/C today. However, further back in the day, one of these came in handy while crossing the desert.

Yep, I remember my father "renting" one of these "swamp coolers", pointing it at my mother's head as we crossed the Arizona desert on a western trip. It prevented melt downs due to hot flashes.

My wife's comfort range is 72*+/- 1.5*. Outside of that, she is uncomfortable. And so am I because she lets me know it.

May I recommended https://coolshirt.com/ if you are going racecar vibe.

I have no AC in my car either lol.

Wow this is wild. Definitely on my Christmas list, thank you for illuminating my life!!!

Video with the window up, all you can hear are tires, injectors, and turbo unless I'm revving it (I went slowly through first after stopping to show).
Also worth noting, the turbo has a very hard time spooling, haha. Definitely going to stay out of boost as much as I can until this thing comes off.

um, of note, at the bottom of the product page:
https://coolshirt.com/product/pro-air-water-system/

Quote:
MAXIMUM VOLTAGE: 12V. Greater voltage will void warranty.
charging voltage of lead acid batteries is 13.2-14.4v. so any car with an alternator is going to void the warranty of this system.

it's honestly really crappy that they do that, because now you need an additional 12v regulator, in a racecar, where weight was already an issue.

Quick rinse for Canada day. Took a little drive with the wife, ended with an ice cream run.

They appear to be high quality, could be OEM.
