long term and short term

Just had a quick question. When it comes to long term and short term fuel ratios, where should they ideally be at? can an intake affect the numbers?

For long terms I shoot for 0, for short term I personally like to see no more the +3 to -3 tighter is preferred if possible as that is a 6% swing

stock car, stock tune? Pretty whatever's it's at is fine unless you're throwing a code or something. It's a self-learning system and every engine is in a different condition.

P0420 can also get directly triggered by a lean running condition, not just catalyzer efficiency.

I've checked everything and put everything back to stock. My last guess is cat in header. Just trying to figure it out if it could be my drop in filter. Im sure it cant be that but who knows..the code comes and goes...it stays on for a week and shuts off for a week and then comes back by itself again.

Have you checked DI seals? having one of those go bad could result in a lean condition like @ft_sjo suggested. Granted, I would think you'd see a misfire or coil pack code too, but it's worth a look.
