The days of JDM being the best parts are long gone. Theres american made parts that are just as good if not better now a days.
Theres a few exceptions here and there but the days of JDM being the end all end all for performance are long gone. That and JDM tax is meh |

I don't think it should be a JDM v USDM issue. We use to be strictly JDM shop but over time plenty of US companies started making great products. While we still carry a lot of Japanese parts we primarily like to recommend the best products for our customers where ever it may be made.

I doubt I'll have many, if any, Japanese branded aftermarket parts on the car. I'm sure there will be a few, but I'm guessing the majority will be from US companies that do a ton of R&D like Nameless, Perrin, etc.

Japan doesn't understand the US market.. I see a small percent going the JDM route. But the majority has the buy now mentality.. which gives all US brand and manufacturers an advantage over the 3 month wait, JDM goods.
