Went to Kanata 2 weeks in a row. Didn't stay long. As ususal the burn out, rev engine too loud folks showed up. Knew it was just a matter of time before it was shut down. Was fun to see the the folks expressions at milestones trying to have a nice romantic

dinner on the patio with all the noise.

Went several weeks ago. Good to see lots of our cars together. Went a couple weeks ago for the drive with the crew but ended up driving a different route and met up at BBM but did not stay around. #hermitlife

That spot blew up way to fast. It was perfect about 4-5 weeks ago when M&M wasn't essentially shut down around the time that truck hit the light post.

Oh well. I believe we are amidst organization the fall cruise. October 10th is looking like the current date, with the 11th and 20th on the table too.

Over the past many months I have been struggling with what to do next on the vehicle front. And with the onset of COVID I have decided to live for today.

Waited for the release of the new STI, still waiting (pathetic)
Along came the Supra. Looked too much like the FRS.
Mercedes AMG CLA 45 was a serious contender. Then Colin brought the new vette around to the house and that was inspiring. The one issue I had was I still love my FRS and was not ready part with it.

So I decided on the Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 with dusk package. Pick it up on Thursday. Winter is going to be fun!!!!!!! and I get to keep the car.

Funny you say that. I asked and they said if we put the $2000 deposit down we could get one in 2023. Son graduates in 2024 so we'll see what happens.

I wish I was...sold the FR-S for a Tacoma a couple of years ago. Should have sold the Mustang.

I've been jonsin' for another small rear-drive car for a while now, and picked up a 128i 'project' car last weekend. It's a heavy, under-steering little pig (in comparison), but I think it has potential. It feels like the rear subframe is connected to the body using wet macaroni. I think some stiffer bushings for the subframe, and maybe the differential will settle it down a bit.

How are things with you? Still have the shop?

Can't see myself getting one, and don't think most of us will unless you sold your FRS/BRZ and now miss it (Hi George).

We're not as dumb as the Supra community trading in the old model for a new one with 25 HP more.

Supra or C8 for me. But would love to flog the new 86 around Bogie, can probably get it in under 2:30.
