The pool is filling with 1,000 gal of water (yep, you read that right, about 8,000 lbs. or 4 tons) and the trampoline is set up on the other end. Ma-ma's table, covered with a large umbrella, is positioned in the center (for command and control).

Now, all we need is some warm weather, without rain -

Good luck, what could go wrong now then?...

Welp, I ventured out into the open spaces today to check the progress of my agoraphobia.

I gave it a real test by going to Costco. Yes, I did. I'm still looking at all the women there like they are a Typhoid Mary and all the men like they have leprosy.

However, I did score some TP, Kleenex and paper towels -

When I got home, I decontaminated myself by taking a bath in alcohol, drinking a cup of bleach and sticking an ultraviolet light in my mouth for 5 minutes.

Now, I will take my nap, to rest my immune system.

You've got that backwards, you're supposed to drink the alcohol

Maybe so. Looks like I should get a fiber optics tube?

Which reminds me of a not so back in the day story (ya, I know, what doesn't).

Back when the urologist was chasing cancer around one kidney and bladder, he would have this optical cable stuck up my urethra into my bladder and up into the kidney.

I felt sorry for the poor lady nurse that had to insert the scope. She would try to sneak up on that old, limp, shriveled up pee-pee tail, which would retract and try to hide. Finally with enough lube, she would hit the mark and in would go the tube, which was a weird feeling, going in and coming out -

The "rest of the story" is that the urologist finally gave up trying to snip out the cancer and removed that kidney.

What the fucks going on here... have I missed something? Gone from talking about "squeezes" to "Typhoid Mary"? Scoring on TP, Kleenex and paper towels.. unsure if there is a difference between Klennex and paper towels but using household products to score!! Come on man, I'm sure if you hang out at your local gas station long enough you'll pick up better substances to really score. Substances that will change your "Typhoid Mary" into a "Bouncing Madge"..

Oh, back-in-the-day, before I discovered "ditch weed", every morning during the summer, while filling up our tractor with gas, I would "huff" a fair amount of gasoline vapors. Yes, out tractors gas fill tube was located on top of the tractor and the nurse gas tank was elevated. So, to see how much gas was going into the tank, one had to get real close to the filler tube to see in - get the picture?

Now, as far as "Bouncing Madge", I googled that and this is what I found - - spooky!

Todays lockdown activities:

Well, the girls couldn't stay out of the pool, although it was only a sizzling 73 degrees today. I just filled the pool yesterday with water that was snow up on Mt Rainier three days ago. They lasted about 30 minutes before hypothermia set in.

They are sleeping over tonight, so I slow cooked up a big ol slab of ribs.

Today, mrs humfrz continued her "summer school" sessions trying to explain the COVID situation to the 4 ager and trying to explain the national political situation to the pre-teen agers.

They all "get" the wearing of the mask situation when they do venture out. I only wish some of the adults I see out and about were as smart.

Ma-ma is in bed with the 4 ager and I'm fading fast. So, I will tell the pre-teen agers to keep the sound on the TV down and go to bed when they get tired. I'll slip into our bed and try to find a little sliver on the edge to sleep on.

Nite all.

I'm really hoping the Wal-Mart near me will be doing this. I truly miss drive-ins. I never went to a regular theater until I was 16 years old. Before that all movies were drive-ins sitting in the back of my Dad's truck.

Also, Studio Movie Grill is doing a deal where you can rent out an entire theatre for $200 and you can pick any movie. Not sure of the details, and they've been overwhelmed by requests so they've gone to email requests only. What a deal though.

I’m just sitting here with my fingers crossed that the October track event doesn’t get cancelled like all the other ones over the last 3 months.

Yeah I have been to a couple bowling tournaments that didn't require you to prepay but I'm too scared to pay in advance for anything. I was actually in Vegas in March when they started shutting it down and people were getting kicked out of the hotels. Luckily we were in our timeshare so we were 'owners' not guests. But even if an event is not prepayed I'm scared to buy airline tickets, rental car, hotel in advance. Like I'm spending money again, but only on the fly, spur of the moment type deal. Vegas was cool to see empty though in a wierd post-apocalyptic type way. I think they opened back up now. I ended up renting some exotic cars at Speedvegas though the end of the week because we couldn't hit up the casinos anymore. It was a good time though I might have to do at least one everytime I go down.
