The Solo Pi Prime Propane Pizza Oven I have is great for the price (<$400) and heats up to almost 1000F in 15 minutes.

I highly recommend a set of fire gloves even though no one seems to use them in the instructional videos. The outside gets very hot and I burned myself the first time I used it.

They have some other cooking pans for it, for non-pizza items. I'm going to try those eventually. I think it would be great for steak and chicken.

With propane getting more expensive, you might opt for a more renewable source of gas.

The instructions do not specify the physical relation between dough and sitting location, only that one must sit somewhere at room temperature while, or some time after removing the dough from the bag.
