I would expect all the software tools used to modify the maps will do it differently when scaling the injectors or the MAF though. What software tool are you using for editing the ROM? Are there options as to which software tool to use?

Yes, we have more than enough stock at the moment. I'll update when we are close to running out. When we do, it will be a 2-3 week wait until the next match is ready for shipping.

First thing you will do when you get the unit is download your stock map into the unit. You can then add whatever tuned roms to the unit be it a basemap or a self tuned rom or a pro tuned rom and flash one of those. When you show up for the autocross, just plug it in and flash your stock map back in and enjoy having less horse powers and torques than before When your done chasing cones, plug it back in and flash back your go fast map.

Nothing would make us happier than seeing actual tuning discussion on the forum. I know that we have a lot of tuning tech that we will be posting in the upcoming few days.
it does, a lot! that's awesome, fostering a community and all that hippy stuff.

yes, all this thing does is read and write roms to the ecu. you can use any software that can open an unencrypted rom and save it back in the same format. tunerpro is the supported option for which they're making available the definitions, i believe.

@Rombinhood@OpenFlash Since you are in the SF, Bay Area.... Is it possible for us(those in the Bay Area) to just pick it up directly from you instead of getting it online? asking this question as a future reference.

Point taken. Since I'm only tuning my car I have not needed to re visit the maf scaling issue. I'm still NA too so no injectors or fuel pump yet. When i do change them I will happily post some DIY info as always.

As are probably 95% of the customers of this product the same as BRZedit. Tuning an NA car with the OEM intake is much easier than a forced induction car with bigger injectors and custom MAF location. I would like to hear of some success stories before I make the leap.

I'm also quite curious if any turbo setups have been tested

I'm really interested in the same, but I'm tired of feeling like an early adopter. I don't want to 'start over' again but I'd like to see if they can get my tune working well locally. The shop they mention is ~20 minutes from me, hoorah. Maybe I'll give it a shot..

+1. I'll come pick one up too. I have some questions about the local tuning options for FI..
