Need help! What can it be

Need help asap

Jacked up my car to put on new suspension and while testing them out A bunch of oil is blowing out of my wastegate gasket. When I looked at it I noticed the gasket was blown and there’s oily milky stuff dripping from the dump tube.

What can it be? There’s no shaft play in the turbo

It’s a scion frs with a Jdl turbo kit

some milkshakes bring the boys to the yard.

other milkshakes mean water is mixing with oil.

Are you sure it is oil and not just wet soot coming out of the wastegate gasket? Did the gasket fail because a bolt failed or wasn’t tightened enough? Is the car running fine?

I would confirm that this is oil. Remove the turbo and/or wastegate and look for oil pre and post and inside the turbine.

The gasket on the shaft on the turbine side may have failed. This turbo is water cooled and oil lubricated, or is it only oil cooled?
