JDM BRZ STI Showa Dampers

Hello FT86Club,

I'm selling my rare and imported from Japan BRZ tS Showa Dampers that come with 15mm lowering springs from STI. This was an exclusive damper only found on the 2014 BRZ tS in Japan.

They provide a fair lowered ride and look with the incredible reliability and comfort of OEM manufacturing, but they do provide a bit more rigidity thanks to the spring rate and performance input from JDM maker Showa

Anyway, if you're interested. Let me know.

Thank you!

P.S. This was my build thread for my car. I have many of these parts ready to sell. If you are interested in any, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I will also have most of these other parts listed elsewhere in their appropriate sections under the Classifieds section of the forum. Thank you!

Price: 1,500 USD

It's actually not when considering the price they were before importing even and then considering the import price. That said I'm open to offers. Worst I can say is no.

So these are used, steel bodied, non-adjustable OEM Showas from a ts? Just want to be sure I'm not missing something..

You’re not, nobody in their right mind would pay even close to that for a set of used dual tubes. Rare does not mean desirable.

No offense, but I think people are questioning the price because one can get them brand new for about half the asking price with shipping. I can't imagine the import/customs fees would more than double it?

Well, I have no idea what makes these shocks so desirable, which is why I was asking... You can get a very nice set of 3 way adjustables for that price. Granted, they wouldn't be stock, but then again these wouldn't be either.

Well, this is quite enlightening, and you'll never find me not willing to admit when I'm mistaken or wrong. Importing/actual parts were significantly more expensive when originally purchased but I've adjusted price to fit according to lesser pricing and considering usage.
