That appears to be an exhaust stud for keeping the manifold on the block. Best of luck!

Yes. Yes it is. It's also a lock nut that seized onto the bolt and destroyed the threads. Hopefully the hole in the head is fine...

Lol Subaru part, $3 today. Toyota part $9 tomorrow. Too bad the closest Subaru dealership is an hour and a half away... I really miss the giant napa warehouse by my old workplace lol.

Edit. Lol it was the wrong part. Suspected as much so I went to the parts counter on my way by and the guy got it sorted.

I hate MS Teams. Went to go click on it to bring it up and damn popup for reactions put the heart reaction over one of my (female) interns messages right where I clicked and because IT is a bunch of dumbasses she is on a different teams tenant so she has to approve the connection so I can't change it or tell her to ignore it until she does so now I look like a goddamn perv. Fuuuuck this week into oblivion

I can't because the tenant she is on requires them to periodically accept chats from users outside that tenant, and it won't accept anything else, such as an updated reaction or message saying to ignore it until she accepts the first one. And teams works in a way that doesn't hold and automatically deliver follow-on messages unless I am around to manually resend them.

So now I have to tell her to ignore that shit in the same email where I am also having to reprimand her for essentially not following policy and randomly disappearing during working hours.

Waiting for her to use the "I have to poop a lot" excuse like my guy I let go

I haven't yet figured out why anyone (developer) thinks the heart emoji is appropriate for a workplace, never mind most emojies in general, but I feel your pain.

I also loathe, detest, want to burn down, any "Best Place to Work" or "Employee Engagement Survey" that asks in some form "Do you love your coworkers".

I have a canned response. First I either pick N/A or no score if it blessedly available. if not I pick the worst score. Then in the comments I type some version of this:

"I do not, nor ever have "loved" my coworkers. That is a completely inappropriate term to use in the workplace. I respect 95% of my coworkers, I like about 80% of my coworkers, and I would have a beer with about 5% of my coworkers outside of work. The bottom line is that if anywhere outside this survey if I walked up to a coworker and said "Hey you know I love you as a coworker", I would probably end up in HR. So, no, I do not love my coworkers"
