Noisy and rattly :P
No but seriously, it's great fun having a sub-1-ton car, just like driving a go kart on the street. I like the SW20's hard top and slightly more lugage space better, but they're old cars and the iron block engines are dumb. |

The MR2 Turbo 2 gen is my favorite classic car. I was thinking about the 300zx before I learned more about the MR2. The engine is iron with aluminum heads. |

Not all the noise in the car is bad, the engine making a racket, the gears whining, and the clutch engaging all right behind your head are part of the fun and you can feel the rear end's weight when going through turns a little too fast as the inner wheel lets go. The first company to make a modern budget MR car is going to win my money though, there's just no way I will be able to resist buying one even if I have no money. |

Mine is this (will never be able to afford one, but it's the one car I'd want to drive if given the chance) - in the exact color combination shown:
When it comes to racing sims I've always chosen the 911 RSR's... I love their nice revving normally aspirated motors and the way they handle and brake. Easy to be consistent as the fuel and tires wear down... would love to drive one on the track for real...fits my driving style of just banging out laps with precision and fun at the same time.

I would've liked to have had Frank Profera's Ronin Exige. 1 of 1. That thing was wacky.
EDIT: This man actually had perfect vision (5 seconds before this photo was snapped) but then he got too close to the awesomeness.

Well... At one point on the way down I had to pass a truck. The driver pulled the truck into the cliff on the inside until he broke his mirror off, then he stopped and waited. I scrapped my drivers side mirror down the length of the truck and still could feel part of my outside tires leaving the pavement. Where the pavement ended, the cliff started. That was pretty intense. The passengers in my car were LOSING THEIR MINDS. So was I, but I was trying to keep it together so I could drive. Yeah, that doesn't really count does it? |

For me, it's a toss up (and I dream a lot about cars!):
'66-'67 Shelby Cobra (surprised nobody has mentioned this) 1941 Willys Americar coupe (not with the original 2.4L engine though) |
