Haha sounds good.

You should just sign up for AutoX - don't even watch - just sign up!

Are you required to drive during the first testing with stop watch timing to do the advanced timing? Or can you just show up Friday for the 3pm registration and drivers meeting to compete in the autox?

You can show up - just need to go to the main building and register before 330. Nothing before that required.

Then, you go to tech your car and you're good to go.

Yes, you just need to register and pay separately. Then, you have to use different numbers and be in different heats, ideally.

Can anyone tell me if passengers are allowed to ride along for autocross? I'm trying to drag the fiancée along but she doesn't want to sit on the sidelines all day.

100% can ride along for every single run. They need to have Snell 2005+ Rated helmets.

No extra registration or money is needed, just have to sign the safety waiver.

Thanks! I swear Maperformance's website as well as the CWSCC just says DOT approved helmet for autox. Is this just out of date information?

CWSCC will want Snell 05+ for the road course, so unless you are only doing autox or already have a helmet, no reason to not get a snell rated one.
