Just want to sum it up real quick. RavSpec's position went like this:

Goes from not being able to get these impossible to find super special hubcentric rings to send me, to telling me to purchase them elsewhere, to offering to sell me some. Looks good.

Yeah sorry unfortunately our customer service on the free hub rings didn't meet your standard.

So why do u need to warn other forum members about our customer service ?

I guess being nice to a customer and giving out free accessories has become a negative ?
This is not a matter of "free" or expensive goods. The review has to do with your word saying: "Yes, I'll get them to you" and never getting back to him. He NEVER demanded you to get him free parts. He asked a simple question, to which you (in what seemed like a GREAT customer service move at that moment), replied that you would get it to him. Up to this point, it was a great experience. Just from looking at the email and replies between you both, I understood your reply as either you forgot to include them, or you usually include them and had no problem at all doing so.

Where it turned from good to bad, was when communication was lost while customer kept trying, unsuccessfully, to get a hold of you. As a customer I would have been pissed at the situation too. I actually had a bittersweet experience with another vendor on the site and it also had to do with delays on a promised part. That vendor did good on their part to make me the customer feel good, and fully admitted their mistake.

I think the review explains accurately all events, and OP never demanded free parts. I think you would do best admitting your mistake instead of going on the defense against OP.

Just my opinion....

I agreed, therefore due to the lack of delivery time from my supplier, I immediately inform OP and advice him where else he can buy them.

Better that way since I can't get a firm delivery date for OP.

5-15-13 to 6-18-13 is not "immediately"..... THAT is the whole point of the review....

I inquired with RavSpec about some wheels and it took them (or just him?) a few days to respond. In those few days, I ordered wheels elsewhere lol. A few days isn't much but it's enough to lose business.

Advan has a weird bore size, unlike RAYS, WORK and WEDSSPORT.
.
May I suggest that you include this somewhere on your website stating this. When people invest a huge amount on something the least you can do is state what you're getting.

Also if you include this with every order its not free and you messed up by not including them plain and simple.

Not trust, no business! There are just too many trustworthy competitors.

Bought a set of tail lights from their website that listed in stock. Emailed them a week later for an update and Mark responded "should be going out to you this Wednesday”. Over the course of 4 weeks I requested updates then cancel and refund. They never responded or gave me a refund. Hopefully I can getting my money back via credit card.
