You should get just the front of the car done. A normal kit that covers the bumper and part of the hood and fenders is like $1200ish depending on the film you pick. (Now that I look back I recommend EXpel) a full car wrapped in PPF (paint protection film) is like $4000. For someone like me who daily drives even in the winter it is so worth it.

Its certainly not the best quality.
And beware the bird droppings and get it off as fast as humanly possible.

Well, your choices are 3M/paint protection or living with dings and eventually repainting it (in 10-15 years). Paint's expensive.

I have take several high velocity hits that cut through the 3M stuff like it wasn't there.

This is true. Not a whole lot's going to stop a direct hit from a rock thrown by a semi at highway speed.

I hate the ones that you can see coming but can't do shit about because of traffic. Or those godamned sideways ones that appear out of no where. Or when you get hit by a flying taillight or LCA!

Hah! A few years ago I had a deer jump onto an interstate highway directly in front of my car at 70MPH. That did not buff out.

Hahah I am glad the only thing that jumps out in AZ is snowbirds during the winter and the occasional snake here and there, my dad lives in Texas and warns me of all the deer out there, I am a bit afraid to take the 86 there

just drive really slowly and always have a small trailer and a bow and arrow in case you can stop and hunt dinner on the side of the road. Venison is delicious as long as it has not made impact with a vehicle before you cook it.
