No. The running joke was that I was unmanageable.
My 12th manager stuck around because he didn't GAF about managing and just wanted to go do engineer things. He had 3 direct reports (people) in his group that went down to just me in 2 months. It was kinda funny because he was his managers only direct report so we had 3 levels of one person at each level. #12 left 2 months before I did. I defaulted to his manager who left 2 months after I did. Fun place to be, but oh boy was upper management and HR clueless, and nobody else really had any power to fix things. I describe it as a great company to work at, terrible company to work for. |

Fun fact: that last manager who stayed only 8 months or so and left 2 months after me? He joined the same IT megacorp I'm at, but many internal organizations separate us. lol.
