I don't blame you for getting rid of it.... With that amount of damage I don't know how it could ever drive the same

to be 100% honest it drove the same. hell i tracked it and it was fine.

but i wasn't the same, i just didn't feel for the car, and every little thing wrong i found drove me over the edge. not to mention i didn't see the point in making payments for a car that i not longer liked so i traded it in.

Awe shucks, i was hoping to have a chrome kit buddy, LOL. Mine also came with the fuel door sticker and fender trim chrome. I hate the fuel door, but the fender i don't mind much (its also on white so a little different than blue).

I refuse to take the door sticker off yet though, because I had to pay 100 bucks for it. Might as well get use out of it lol.

I also sold off my sti and picked up a BRZ. I miss the speed but definitely made the right choice. My girlfriend has a stage 1 wrx hatch limited (2010), and I drove it the other day, and even though its fast I wanted to switch back and get in the BRZ.

Power is fun, but this car made me completely over it. Good luck with it!

exactly i thought i'd miss my sti power. but on the street, i really dont. so maybe i wont be able to shut up every ****head that pulls up next to me, and i do miss my EWG blaring passed people but this car is a GOOD different. so much easier to drive smooth and its effortless to get it where you want.

the sti would understeer so heavily and i'd have to correct it with throttle every time where as this is the opposite. i plan to have lots of seat time in it. IMO takes more skill to drive a slow car fast than a fast car average.

and my gf couldn't care less about cars she has a mercedes truck

i like it but i have other plans so i would REALLY like to swap with some one. if anyone is interested lmk.

this friday i plan on baking the headlights, swap led's everywhere, do the rear foglight mod, painting the stock wheels and my alcantara that i ordered should come in so i will most likely begin to wrap the interior.

snow tires will go on in a week or so and i'm also getting tinted and wrappign rear tails in over lays this weekend hopefully.

i finally figured out my wheel setup for summer and now its time to order and wait 3-6 months but hey, its nice to start fresh with a car.

expect picture updates.

couldnt agree more, i took my 2011 STI to the track 3 days after getting it.....and hated it ever since. It understeers SOO much....and i didnt want to put mods on a car that wasnt cheap to begin with. I also didnt like the lag and lack to throttle response. Maybe thats cuz i swtiched from a 2011 S4 to a STI. Hell i could drive my friends civic SI, wich wasnt stock, faster than my STI. So when i heard that North america was getting BRZ, i traded it in. Love my car so far....love tailing GTRs, M3s, Porsches, STIs with a crappy driver who thinks they r fast with a good car in the corners and pushing them off the track hahahah. Its big pressure when theres a lower power car tailing you. I had pressure when my friends civic SI tailed me in my STI......and I'm the one who taught him.

I don't have either, but even the black vents are pretty lame. I have been thinking about buying the frs fender trim and taking off the GT86 emblem so its just plain jane.

To keep the stock ones. Im also not sure if they are taped on or bolted on, but it seems like the 86 badge would be easier to take off vOv
