Doesn't read my posts but I assure you I would say the same directly to her. In fact I do on a fairly regular basis when I am driving and she grabs the handle, plants her feet and screams a little every time somebody 4 block up slows to turn and I don't immediately hit the brakes. It is painful!

It is interesting that they used a lot of the design language from the BRZ in developing the global platform and steering on the Impreza.

I really enjoyed my 2016. Definitely the best all around car I had. Plenty of space inside. Plenty quick every day. Plenty capable on a track.

My biggest problem with it ended up being that for me to keep it, I felt like I would need to shovel out like another 10k to get it where I wanted. Not in terms of power, but in terms of handling and durability, as well as interior comfort. I just couldn't really justify it.

If the new engine is close to 350hp and has better cooling and oiling and reliability, I'd be pretty interested. Also depending on how the car looks lol

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that like the 4000GT it was to be a partnership with GM, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Subaru built it on the ZL1 Camaro platform and use an LT4 Supercharged RWD configuration with a MT.

Of course, the BRZ will be 4WD, since all Subaru's are.

If it's the successor to the 3000GT, I wonder if they'll make it heavier?! Can't wait, hoping for 5,000lb curb weight. Pushing my VR4 around the parking lot was too easy

The previous two posts made me

I hope they add a second axle in the rear. Then you could be at 5,000+ lbs and have 4RWD

Meanwhile subaru said they have stopped production line for BRZ from 20th July. Does it means we must definitely get 2nd gen? Also, any chances it will be better than our current gen and not disappointing like new supra?

Did you read any of the 1400 other posts in this thread? Depends on the clickbait flavour of the month if it is going to good, bad or pretty much the same. I will 100% guarantee that it will be one of those three things
