This is nuts...can't wait to read your review on these - I hope you post some in depth feedback when you get a chance

Will you wait another month or so until everything opens up and get these installed at a shop or would you just be installing them on your own and then heading out for a drive just to get a feel?

Hopefully the tracks open up soon and I will post how I feel about these in comparison to everything I've tried so far. I probably won't be driving the car at all in the next few months.

The car will most likely retire as a street car and become a track only car so I'll be leaving it at my friend's shop from now on. We are beginning to make and design carbon panels/aero for the 86 chassis

Ohhh that' 14R exhaust looks awesome! It looks like it uses the same muffler as the high response ver. r that I have on my car.

Btw, where did you get that HKS brake fluid cover??

2/4 Moton shocks are installed, my Antigravity battery has come in and so has the tray. Battery setup should weigh around 5lbs in total.

Advans have also gone to a new home.

ya, ive put antigrav batteries in motorcycles before, where they represent a much larger % weight saving for the price, theyre extremely good products. i like the SPL Parts lca btw, rocking the same ones, although i used the high settings for the coil+endlink. u must be very low, or at least have the coils a bit higher. love your build homie, been following you for a while.
edit: whats up w the swifts? i have some on tha FA, u try them?

Thanks for the compliment!

I use the bottom setting to keep as much suspension travel as I can in the rear and because the springs on these are considerably stiffer than my KW’s I’m going to assume I’ll need to lower the shock quite a bit to get the ride height I’m aiming for.

As for the Swifts, I’m going to test the car out on the track with 16kg springs front/rear and if that’s too stiff I’ll swap the Swifts in since they are 12kg springs.
