Rocker arm ticking?

2013 BRZ, 80k miles. Just started making this noise. Faint ticking noise, maybe rocker arms on the way out?
Seems to be coming from the passenger side

Found this thread but mine doesnt sound as bad:

Makes me worry a bit. Just started doing it.

Heres the YouTube sound clip:

Let dealer or good shop hear it before jumping to conclusions. I can tell you from experience that if you have a rocker fail, you will know it.

Your car sounds great. Your car has 8 injectors and a mechanical fuel pump right up front. They all click, and sometimes chirp. Sometimes they will make more noise depending on gas quality, or if you're idling with A/C or fans running, duty cycle or fuel trim.

sometimes the injectors will make different noises

Here's my car's, pre-recall last spring, 105k miles, you'll hear the injectors had a notably raspy tone one day (so I took a video)

And here it is a month later after recall, 110k miles later that summer, and it sounds more clean running, you can hear all the different injector idle duty cycles through 10:00 of video, the direct injectors running at halfway through the video sound quieter:

I think its a factor of gas quality, ethanol content, and duty cycle causing injector noises.
